We offer administrative and secretarial support, including virtual assistant services for formatting, proofreading, text translation, and document and mail reception.

Yes, you can welcome clients and partners directly in your private office. Additionally, we provide a professional reception area for your visitors.
Are there shared spaces available?
Yes, in addition to your private office, you have access to several shared spaces, including a fully equipped conference room, kitchen, photocopy center, and reception area.
Is there a security system for office access (keys, badges, cameras)?
Our offices are supervised during working hours (9 AM – 5 PM) and equipped with an alarm system for security after hours.
What equipment is provided in the offices?
Our private offices are fully furnished and equipped, including a desk, filing cabinet, chair, phone, high-speed Internet, and fax service with email forwarding.
What are the available booking hours for meeting rooms?
Our conference and meeting rooms are available by the hour, half-day, or full-day, 7 days a week.
